Jason and Cristen met years before they ever dated. They both went to architecture school in Los Angeles and shared the same friend group between them, but the timing just wasn’t right for them. Years after school and into their career, they happened to be in LA and reconnected – and the chemistry and the timing were just right this time.
These two had the most beautiful elopement in Joshua Tree with their siblings and parents present, and a small reception at their rad Airbnb just outside the park. They both work in design – and man, their wedding was *aesthetic perfection*. Please just pause the video and look at their invites and the menu – all of which they designed themselves! Did you see that charcuterie board and cocktail hour table too?! #goals.
But more than just their design skills – these Jason and Cristen have such a genuine connection and unconditional love for each other. I just love how Jason pretty much cried throughout all of the vows – that’s a man who is grateful for the gift he has in his wife. Cristen and Jason are such obviously kind, humble, and talented individuals. It was a treasure to be apart of this incredible day. I could say so much more about all the special details that made up their day – but I’ll let the video speak for itself.
Congrats Cristen & Jason!
